Water travels through 5 stages of filtration:
First stage, a 20"
sediment filter cartridge that removes sediment, silt, sand and dirt. Also
extends the life of water filters, and prevents damage to control valves or
pumps.
Second, Third and Forth stages,
a KDF-85. KDF-55 and GAC mineral tank which removes hundreds of
contaminations*.
Fifth stage, a 20"
solid carbon cartridge for removing volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's),
insecticides, pesticides and industrial solvents)*
Poly Glass™ mineral tank filled with high capacity
filtration resins.
Riser style 1" internal flow distributor.
11.0 gallon-per-minute flow rate.
3/4" or 1" Stainless Steel Bypass Valve.
Chrome sleeve/jacket -Polyester fiberglass tank.
5 year warranty on all Computer Monitored control
valves.
10 year Warranty on resin tank.
This is a self-backwashing solid state
microprocessor with LED display electronics control valve system that
automatically removes the trapped contaminants within the filter bed and
washes them down the drain.
3/4" or 1" Stainless Steel Bypass Valve Low
voltage transformer.
Easy to replace resin media approximately every 3
to 5 years.
